At RnJ Fabrications, we excel in providing high-quality welding services.

All types of welding are carried out in our highly equipped welding department, including TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) & MIG (Metal Inert Gas), stud and spot welding in most materials. Silver & soft soldering is also available.

The longest frame manufactured to date is 11,500mm long on our Siegmund tables. We manufacture frames in mild steel, stainless steel (fully brushed if required), & aluminium.

We ensure our welders have the right equipment, using high-accuracy Siegmund welding tables along with the Bomar saw with digital mitre & side stop. All our welders use personal air-fed welding equipment as well as portable weld fume extraction units. This is imperative to prohibit cancer-causing gases from affecting our welding team and is a must for any reputable welding company, as well as being a legal requirement.
